I grew up in the Enchanted Valley( Towns County ) and began my Real Estate sales career here 1987-1991. I moved to Gainesville, Georgia and worked the Lake Lanier market from 1991 - 1998. My wife, Vicki and I decided to return to Hiawassee and raise our family in this beautiful small town mountain community in 1998. I have been blissfully selling Real Estate and enjoying life ever since.

In addition to being a very productive Real Estate agent for  23 years, I have been an Owner Broker of two Real Estate Companies, Developed two subdivisions, bought and sold numerous investment properties, participated in and helped facilitate dozens of 1031 tax deferred exchanges, been the President( and every other elected executive board officer) of the Northeast Georgia Board of Realtors and served on the boards of many local civic organizations. In 2004 I was elected and  served a 4 year term on the Towns County School Board of Education.
